What is the difference between '1-Month', '3-Month', '6-Month' and '12-Month' packages/supply?

- 1-Month Supply: Order one pack containing 30 capsules.
- 3-Month Supply: Order three packs, totaling 90 capsules.
- 6-Month Supply: Order six packs, totaling 180 capsules.
- 12-Month Supply: Order twelve packs, totaling 360 capsules.

Each pack contains 30 capsules, with a daily dosage of one capsule.

We strongly recommend the 6-Month Supply, as clinical studies show that it takes at least 180 days to see a significant reduction in hair loss and to activate new hair growth.

Can an order be cancelled or changed?

Need to Change an Order?
You can modify your order until it has been picked by our fulfillment team and assigned a tracking number. Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email (distinct from the order confirmation email). After this point, changes are no longer possible.

Need to Cancel an Order?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once dispatched. However, you can return the products in their original, resalable condition for a full refund. Please refer to the "How to Return an Order?" FAQ in the Orders & Delivery section or consult our Delivery & Return Policy for more details.

Are there any duty fees for non-EU countries?

Orders shipped to non-EU countries may incur additional import surcharges, such as duty fees and import taxes, which are collected upon delivery. These charges are typically based on the item's price, weight, dimensions, country of origin, and local taxes.

Please note that courier providers may charge administrative fees for processing packages and assisting with customs clearance. While TRIX Basic BV covers the shipping rate, any additional charges incurred during transit will not be covered by the company.

TRIX Basic products are made in The Netherlands and benefit from specific EU Trade Agreements, exempting orders from duty fees for certain countries.

For residents of the United Kingdom, purchases above the £135 threshold are exempt from duty fees for Dutch-produced items. However, customers may still be subject to consumption fees (domestic VAT) and administrative fees.

When are orders shipped?

Typical pick up time at TRIX Basic warehouse (Central European Standard Time)

EU and International:
3 p.m. to 4 p.m. from Monday to Friday.

DHL Express:
2 p..m. to 4 p.m. from Monday to Friday.

How to track an order?

Once your parcel has been dispatched a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you that contains a tracking link that you can access to get information of how the delivery is progressing. On the tracking page you can click the button with your courier name below the 'Parcel Status' logo to recieve further information on the whereabouts of your parcel.

Unable to process payment method?

Payment issues may arise due to the following reasons:

1. The card is not enabled for online purchases.
2. The card is restricted from international purchases.
3. The card has expired.
4. Insufficient funds in the account.
5. New security protocols for online purchases.

To resolve these issues, try using your online banking service. If the problem persists, contact your bank’s customer service to ensure your card is valid and can be used for these types of transactions. If the issue is on our end, please contact Customer Care for assistance.

How to change the shipping address after an order is placed?

Once an order has been fulfilled, it is no longer possible to modify the delivery address.

I did not receive the package during the stated delivery time. And now?

Although we strive for prompt delivery, please understand that delivery times may be affected by local factors such as customs processing delays, severe weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by these delays. While you're welcome to contact us regarding your shipping status, please be aware that some delays may be beyond our control. Rest assured, we'll make every effort to assist you in any way we can.

Can the delivery method be changed?

Regrettably, once the shipping method is selected, it cannot be altered. Our technicians at TRIX Basic are actively working to introduce this feature, providing customers with the flexibility to adjust their chosen delivery methods to suit their convenience.
